Under Annex III of the EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU), the mercury exemption for non-linear tri-band phosphor lamps (e.g. circular T9) expired on 24 February 2025. Since 25 February 2025 these lamps may no longer be placed on the EU market for the first time – neither from new production nor as new imports.
Existing stock already placed on the market may still be sold. This product is available from our existing stock only and cannot be reordered – while stocks last. As a modern, mercury-free alternative we recommend LED light sources.
