Shipping policy
All rates below are gross amounts (VAT included) and apply to orders without a discount. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you place your order.
Hungary – GLS home delivery

- Delivery time: usually 1–2 working days. Orders placed by 12:00 on a working day are delivered by GLS on the next working day, provided the items are in stock.
- GLS delivers on working days between 8:00 and 17:00, so we recommend a daytime delivery address (e.g. your workplace).
- Maximum 30 kg per GLS parcel.
European Union (outside Hungary) – UPS

- Delivery time: usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Outside the European Union – UPS
- Shipping cost: €32.88.
- Any customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are paid by the recipient.
Bulky or heavy items
The rates above apply to small and valuable goods (e.g. LED lamps). Bulky or heavy items (e.g. cable trays, larger luminaires, shipments over 30 kg) may incur an additional shipping charge. We will inform you by e-mail before dispatch; if you do not accept it, we will cancel your order free of charge and refund any amount already paid.
Delivery deadline
Unless agreed otherwise, we ship your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will notify you immediately and refund the amount paid.
Receiving your parcel
Please check your parcel on delivery. If the packaging or the product is visibly damaged, ask the courier to record the damage or refuse the parcel, and let us know. Products damaged in transit will be replaced or taken back free of charge.
