Withdraw from contract

If you bought as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. On this page you can withdraw online – without registering or logging in, also for guest orders.

  3. We will acknowledge receipt by e-mail without delay.

Notice of withdrawal

I hereby withdraw from the sales contract concluded for the order stated below.

You will find the order number in your order confirmation e-mail (e.g. #1001). If you cannot find it, please state the order date.

We will send the acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal to this address without delay.

If you are withdrawing from part of the order only, please list the items. If left empty, the withdrawal applies to the whole order.

Good to know

  • To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period has expired.
  • You can still also withdraw by e-mail (landlite@landlite.eu), by post or using the model withdrawal form.
  • Please return the goods within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal, or hand them in at our site: Kaito-Hungary Kft., Depó Raktárváros 27., Pf. 66., 2046 Törökbálint, Hungary.
