BY GLS TO EU COUNTRIES (OUTSIDE HUNGARY)
The following shipping terms apply if you have no discount, and only to small and valuable products, including LED bulbs and energy-saving bulbs. Additional shipping costs may apply to other products.
VAT is not charged if the company has a valid EU VAT number.

BY GLS COURIER (WITHIN HUNGARY)
The following rates apply only if you did not use a discount with your order!
* GLS parcels up to 30 kg!
* If you place your order by 12:00 on a working day and the ordered items are in stock, the GLS courier will deliver it on the next working day.
GLS delivers during working hours between 8:00 and 17:00 (the courier usually arrives in the morning), so please give a daytime delivery address, e.g. your work address, and the recipient's name!

GLS PARCELSHOPS
There are several hundred GLS ParcelShops in Hungary, located in various types of shops. Most GLS ParcelShops are open between 10:00 and 20:00, and many of them open earlier. Companies and private individuals alike can send and collect parcels via GLS ParcelShops.

PAYMENT METHODS
CASH ON DELIVERY
BANK TRANSFER IN ADVANCE
In this case we print the invoice in advance and send you a copy by e-mail or fax. Please always include the invoice number in the transfer reference! The ordered products and the original invoice are released once the payment has arrived in our bank account.
CARD PAYMENT
With this payment method the customer is redirected to the CIB Bank eCommerce system, where the invoice can be paid by bank card. Card details are always entered on the bank's page, so they never reach the merchant.
